Description
Neptune SV corn plants reach a height of 230-240 cm, with ear attachment height of 70-80 cm. The ear is large, cylindrical, 20-22 cm long, fully covered with husk, with well-developed kernels and pink stalk. Kernels are dent-shaped, yellow, with 1000-kernel weight ranging from 280 to 320 g. The number of rows per ear is 16, and grain yield reaches 78-80%. The hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage production, with silage mass yield potentially reaching 550-600 centners per hectare.
Neptune SV is characterized by adaptability to growing conditions, high plasticity, and high yield. The recommended planting density is 80-90 thousand plants per hectare. The plant has 11-12 above-ground nodes and 16-17 leaves, promoting good development and resistance to lodging. Due to these characteristics, the hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable corn yields.
