Optimum

Optimum is a systemic herbicide designed for effective control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds, including species resistant to 2,4-D and MCPA, such as field bindweed and docks. The active ingredient is dicamba at a concentration of 480 g/l, belonging to the chemical class of benzoic acid derivatives. The product is available as a water-soluble concentrate (WSC) and supplied in 10-liter containers. Optimum can be applied to corn and cereal crops, and may also be used in tank mixes with other herbicides to broaden the spectrum of action and enhance treatment efficacy.

The herbicide does not have residual effects on subsequent crops in crop rotation, making it a convenient and safe tool for crop protection. Due to its systemic activity, Optimum penetrates weeds and destroys them from within, providing long-lasting effects and reducing the risk of field reinfestation.
