Description
Hybrid Rubicon has a strong and well-developed root system, ensuring resistance to lodging and high adaptability to adverse conditions. It demonstrates genetic resistance to common corn diseases and pests, as well as the ability to rapidly reduce grain moisture content upon maturation to 14-17%, facilitating harvest and storage. The recommended planting density is 45-50 thousand plants per hectare in the Steppe and 65-70 thousand plants per hectare in the Forest-Steppe.
The potential yield of hybrid Rubicon is high: grain can reach 12.5-13.0 t/ha, and silage — 60-65 t/ha. Due to its characteristics, this hybrid is suitable for winter harvest and shows good growth rates in early development stages. Seed packaging is performed in planting units of 80 thousand seeds, weighing 25 kg, which is convenient for farmers planning planting operations.
