SX 200

Corn SX 200, also known as Kremenn 200 SV, is a medium-early trihybrid with FAO maturity group 210. This silky hybrid is characterized by high and stable yield, reaching a potential of 120-125 centners per hectare of dry grain. Plants reach a height of 250-270 cm, have approximately 15 leaves on the main stem, and bear nearly cylindrical ears of 23-24 cm in length, positioned at a height of 80-90 cm. The grain is yellow, almost silky, with a 1000-grain weight of 260-280 grams, arranged in 12-14 rows of 37-40 kernels each.

The Kremenn 200 SV hybrid is widely used in the food industry for producing grits, cornmeal, flakes, and sticks, and is also suitable for grain and silage production. It is well-adapted to various climatic conditions, registered in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, and recommended for cultivation in steppe, forest-steppe, and Polissia regions. Corn demonstrates high plasticity, drought resistance, and good response to high agronomic potential, making it profitable for farmers.

A key feature of the hybrid is its high resistance to major pests and diseases, such as stalk rot and powdery mildew, as well as lodging and stem breakage. Mature grain dries quickly, facilitating harvest and reducing moisture content at harvest. Profitable seed production and economic advantages of cultivation make Kremenn 200 SV a popular choice among farmers. The optimal pre-harvest plant density varies depending on the cultivation zone: 50-55 thousand/ha in steppe, 70-80 thousand/ha in forest-steppe, and 80-85 thousand/ha in Polissia.
