Description
SY Nickel is suitable for grain, silage, and biogas production, making it a versatile solution for various agronomic technologies. The hybrid's grain is dent-shaped, containing 72-75% starch and 8.8-9.2% protein, ensuring high nutritional value. The hybrid exhibits an intensive and plastic growth pattern, enabling successful application of both conventional and minimal tillage techniques, as well as irrigation.
The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to stress factors and diseases, including helminthosporium, ear fusarium, and gray mold. It is also resistant to drought, frost, and lodging, as confirmed by high ratings for these parameters. Recommended planting density varies depending on moisture availability and cultivation purpose: for grain, 80-85 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture, 55-60 thousand under insufficient moisture; for silage, 88-93 thousand and 60-66 thousand respectively. High-tech SY Nickel seeds ensure high yields and adaptability, making them an optimal choice for Ukrainian farmers.
