TK 175

TK 175 is an early-maturing corn hybrid with very early maturity, suitable for cultivation in various regions, including the Central Chernozem, Volga, Ural, North Caucasus, and West Siberian regions. The vegetation period varies depending on the region and ranges from 76 to 121 days, allowing flexible use of this hybrid under different climatic conditions. The kernel type is dent, with a distinctive two-color pattern: the upper part is yellow, and the lower part is orange, indicating high carotene content.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield and genetic potential, reaching 9-10 tons of grain per hectare due to its multi-row ear (16 rows). Yield in the Central Chernozem region reaches 84.8 centners per hectare, in the Volga region — 80.5 centners per hectare, and maximum grain yields can reach 115.1 centners per hectare. Additionally, TK 175 is successfully used for silage production, demonstrating high dry matter yield of silage mass, which in the North Caucasus region averages 127.5 centners per hectare and reaches a maximum of 314.8 centners per hectare.

The hybrid has a strong root system and good stem strength, providing resistance to adverse conditions and promoting rapid water drainage. Early flowering and rapid grain formation make it attractive for use in late-season sowings, including in the Southern Federal District. The recommended planting density varies depending on rainfall levels and ranges from 60 to 70 thousand plants per hectare, allowing optimization of productivity and grain quality.
