Description
Plants of the ZPK 684 hybrid are tall, reaching 240-250 cm in height, with semi-erect leaf arrangement and good leafiness. Ear attachment height is 105-110 cm. The ear is long (20-22 cm), thick, and conical, with a long stalk and numerous rows of kernels (16-18). Kernels are dent-shaped, yellowish-white in color, with white kernels present in the ear. The vegetation period is approximately 97 days, making the hybrid suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
The hybrid demonstrates high yield: the average yield of normalized dry matter in the region reaches 157.5 c/ha, with a maximum of 370 c/ha, confirmed by trials in the Republic of Adygea. The content of dry matter in the grain is 38.3%, exceeding standard values. ZPK 684 is recommended for silage and grain production, making it a universal choice for agricultural enterprises.
