Technical profile of "Foliobor": Micronutrient balance

"Foliobor" is a concentrated solution of mineral components designed for intensive farming. The key feature of the product is the high bioavailability of boron, combined with nitrogen, potassium, and sulfur, supplemented by chelated forms of trace elements (iron, cobalt). Technically, the product is engineered as a tool to overcome nutrient deficiency states during critical growth phases.

Chemical architecture and reactivity

At the core of the composition is boron in an easily digestible form, which is responsible for the formation of generative organs and the transport of sugars within the plant. The presence of nitrogen and sulfur in the composition of "Foliobor" creates a synergistic effect: sulfur activates nitrogen metabolism, which is critical for protein synthesis during the active vegetation period. The inclusion of iron and cobalt allows for the optimization of photosynthetic processes and nitrogen fixation, making the fertilizer versatile for a wide range of crops — from sunflowers to fruit and berry plants.

Application methodology and adaptability

The manufacturing partnership between "Kharkiv Khimprom" and "Peters & Burg Kft" has focused on the technological nature of the product form. The solution (sl.) has high stability when preparing tank mixtures, minimizing the risk of precipitation. Technical application recommendations include three methods:

• Foliar feeding to quickly mitigate micronutrient starvation.
• Root treatment to stimulate root system development during starting stages.
• Vegetative spraying to correct mineral balance during flowering and fruit-bearing phases.

The 4th hazard class makes the product convenient in logistics and safe for staff, while the high concentration of active ingredients allows for low application rates per hectare, optimizing the cost-per-hectare of treatment.
