Mechanism of action and pharmacokinetics

The strobilurin component, azoxystrobin, inhibits mitochondrial respiration in fungi, suppressing spore germination and mycelium development. Its key advantage is translaminar movement: the preparation penetrates leaf tissues, ensuring protection of the untreated side. Meanwhile, cyproconazole acts as a systemic agent, blocking ergosterol synthesis in the pathogen's cell membranes. This halts the development of existing infections, providing rapid stop-action.
