EURIKA

EURIKA – an annual vegetable from the cabbage family, known for its aromatic greenery with a distinct mustard-olive flavor. The plant is undemanding and grows excellently both in open ground and in home conditions. When growing indoors, ensure good lighting; if windows do not face south, additional light is recommended.

The variety develops quickly: the first harvest is made 28‑30 days after sowing, and in running culture, the growing period is about 30 days. The plant height usually reaches 20 cm, leaves are small, slightly dissected and weakly hairy, which gives the greenery a characteristic spicy-mustard aroma.

EURIKA is valued not only for its taste but also for its nutritional properties: the leaves contain a large amount of fiber, vitamins, and beneficial substances. Thanks to its compact growth and resistance to various growing conditions, this variety is ideal for salad lines and home gardens.
