When heading out to the field with 'Kanonir, WG', the main goal is results. This insecticide from 'Agrokhimichni Tekhnologii' has become a staple in our toolset for controlling a wide range of pests: from Colorado potato beetles on potatoes to cereal leaf beetles on wheat and flea beetles on rapeseed. Because the product works both systemically and upon contact, it provides dual insurance: it eliminates those hit directly during spraying and protects the new shoots emerging after the treatment.

Application experience and dosages

The product comes as water-dispersible granules, which makes life significantly easier for agronomists and operators. They mix perfectly in spray tanks, dissolving quickly without clogging nozzles or filters. In our practice, we use dosages ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 L/ha, depending on pest pressure and crop condition. The Imidacloprid base effectively targets aphids, thrips, and leafhoppers, providing long-lasting protection that allows the plants to thrive without interruption.
