The success of overwintering and the start of the vegetation of winter cereals directly depend on protection at the germination stage. The Belgian development, Tibari FS by Globachem, is a complex fungicidal and insecticidal seed treatment agent that combines three active ingredients: imidacloprid, difenoconazole, and fludioxonil. This combination covers critical soil and seed-borne threats.

Technical Breakdown

• Systemic Block (Imidacloprid): The insecticidal component that ensures the protection of the seedling from within. It effectively neutralizes wireworms, cereal flies, flea beetles, and aphids. The product's action starts from the moment the seed absorbs moisture, creating a "protective shield" around the primary root system.
• Contact-Systemic Duo (Difenoconazole + Fludioxonil): The combination of triazoles and phenylpyrroles provides broad-spectrum fungicidal protection. Fludioxonil, as a contact component, sanitizes the seed surface, blocking the development of seed decay and Fusarium root rots. Difenoconazole penetrates the tissues systemically, preventing the development of Septoria and other infections that target plants immediately upon emergence.

Practical Efficiency

The flowable suspension concentrate formulation ensures high adhesion to the seed coat. This minimizes dusting during sowing operations, which is critical for uniform product distribution. With an application rate of 0.5–1.0 L/ha, Tibari FS fully covers the need for a single pre-sowing treatment. A second key advantage is its physiological effect. The product does not suppress germination energy; rather, it allows the seed to reach its potential under conditions of early sowing or cold soil, when the activity of pathogens and pests is particularly high.
