Versar is the preferred choice for intensive cropping systems, providing broad-spectrum coverage for a variety of crops, including winter wheat, barley, soybeans, canola, potatoes, cabbage, and apples. It is particularly effective for:

• Eliminating hidden pests: The fumigant properties of chlorpyrifos ensure that pests hiding in dense foliage or soil surfaces, such as weevils, flea beetles, and cereal beetles, are effectively targeted.
• Managing orchard and vegetable threats: Ideal for controlling mites, leafrollers, and codling moths that threaten fruit quality and vegetable yield.
• Field crop protection: A robust solution for controlling the Sunn pest (Eurygaster integriceps) on cereal crops and protecting canola and soybean stands during critical growth stages.

Application Strategy

Formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate, Versar is designed for standard spray equipment. It should be applied during the vegetation stage to ensure maximum coverage. The application rate typically ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 L/ha, with higher rates (exceeding 4.0 L/ha) permitted under specific agronomic conditions and high-density infestations. Farmers can apply the product up to 2–3 times per season, depending on the crop and local guidelines.
