This combination provides both an immediate knockdown effect and long-term systemic protection.

Why it works

• Systemic action (Clothianidin): The substance is rapidly absorbed by the plant and translocated through the vascular system. Pests feeding on the sap receive a lethal dose of a neurotoxin that blocks nicotine-acetylcholine receptors in the nervous system. This is critical for controlling hidden pests like aphids and thrips.
• Contact action (Alpha-cypermethrin): This component provides a rapid "knockdown" effect. Upon contact with the chitinous shell or ingestion of treated tissues, the insect suffers paralysis of the muscular system. This solution effectively halts populations of Colorado potato beetles and cutworms within hours of application.

Practical application details

The product belongs to the 3rd hazard class, requiring strict adherence to application guidelines. Due to its systemic properties, protection remains effective even in areas of active biomass growth. The application rate of 1.5 ml requires thorough coverage of the leaf surface. Given that the product targets a wide spectrum of pests—from beetles (Colorado potato beetle, wireworms) to sucking insects (aphids, thrips)—it is an essential tool for protecting potatoes, tomatoes, and cabbage. Important: follow the 20-day pre-harvest interval to ensure the absence of residual active substances in the final produce.
