DONSKAYA 2

The lucerne variety DONS KAYA 2 is an interspecific hybrid of tetraploid forms of lucerne serpoformis and variegata, which ensures high productivity and resistance. This variety has been included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements of Russia since 1989 and is widely used in agriculture as a fodder crop. Lucerne DONS KAYA 2 is distinguished by high yield of green mass, hay, and seeds, making it in demand among agrarians.

The seeds of this variety are characterized by high purity (not less than 94%) and germination (not less than 75%), which guarantees quality sowing and good plant growth. It is recommended to use seeds of the 2023 harvest, especially in the North Caucasus climate region, where the variety shows the best results.
