Copper Ball F1

Copper Ball F1 is a high-yielding mid-season hybrid with a vegetative period of 110–115 days, belonging to the Spanish type. The bulbs of this variety are round and large, weighing 180–220 grams each. A distinguishing feature is its slender neck, which facilitates handling and storage. The hybrid is characterized by a stable yield, with bulbs uniform in size and possessing an attractive golden color.

Copper Ball F1 exhibits good resistance to bolting, reducing the risk of premature flowering and contributing to a high-quality harvest. Additionally, the variety is tolerant to pink rot, enhancing its reliability under various growing conditions. High seed germination, reaching 85–95%, ensures effective and uniform sprouting, which is crucial for achieving consistent plantings.

This hybrid is excellent for long-term storage, retaining its qualities for 5–6 months, making it popular both for fresh market sales and for long-term use. Seeds should be sown very early — in March or early April — at a depth of 2–3 cm. The sowing rate is 10 grams per square meter for transplanting and 0.6–1 kg per 10 square meters for direct seeding.
