Description
Drackar differs in high marketable yield, which significantly exceeds standards in various regions. In the Central Black Earth region, the yield reaches 173 centners per hectare, which is 50 centners higher than the standard. In the North Caucasus region, this indicator is 280 centners per hectare, 55 centners higher than the standard, and in the Lower Volga region, the yield reaches 518 centners per hectare, which is 75 centners higher than the standard. The maximum registered yield was 1266 centners per hectare in the Volgograd region in 2017.
Onion Drackar is characterized by high maturity: before harvesting it is 90%, and after ripening it reaches 98-100%. This ensures high quality and a long storage period of the product. The hybrid is recommended for growing in the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, and Lower Volga regions. The breeder of the variety is the company HM. CLAUSE S.A., France.
