Description
Exhibition bulbs are large, round-oval in shape, with an attractive golden color and dense structure. They are characterized by high sugar and juice content, giving them a very sweet and pleasant taste. Bulb size may vary depending on growing conditions and planting density, ranging from 150 grams to 800 grams, and occasionally up to one kilogram. Yield per square meter can reach 4.5 kg, making this variety one of the most productive among large-bulb onions.
Exhibition is suitable for both seedling cultivation using cassette technology (seedling age 45-60 days) and direct sowing, particularly in southern regions. Successful cultivation requires application of high doses of mineral fertilizers and adherence to specific agronomic practices, as the variety has a relatively complex cultivation technology. Due to its large size, high quality, and excellent taste, Exhibition onion is popular among gardeners who prefer salad-type onions with a long storage life of up to 4-5 months.
