Description
The hybrid is characterized by high uniformity of yield and a significant percentage of single-centered bulbs, ensuring stable harvests and product quality. The bulbs have excellent upper scale retention and high density, contributing to good storability. Grateful Red F1 is resistant to basal rot, false powdery mildew, and root rot, enhancing its reliability under various growing conditions.
Recommended for cultivation throughout Ukraine and Moldova, both as seedlings and direct sowing. Optimal temperature for onion development is 17-19 °C, with root systems penetrating soil to depths of 5 to 30 cm. Seed sowing rate is 1 million/ha, planted at a spacing of 1x10 cm, at a depth of 2 cm, using 4-8 g of seeds per square meter. The hybrid demonstrates high adaptability and resilience to weather conditions, making it a profitable choice for farmers and gardeners.
