Description
This variety quickly forms a bulb - already after 5-5.5 weeks after the appearance of seedlings. It is recommended to grow Krepish in a one-year culture from seeds. To obtain larger bulbs, seed sowing for seedlings is carried out in March, and seedling planting in open ground - in early May. When direct sowing in the ground, seeds are planted in late April - early May at a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm. The optimal planting scheme is 7x15 cm.
Krepish onion is characterized by good yield, which ranges from 3.0 to 6.5 kg per square meter. In addition, it stores well, which allows using it for a long time after harvesting. All these characteristics make the Krepish variety universal and convenient for growing in both personal farms and for commercial purposes.
