Shallot of the 'Legend of Siberia' variety is a high-quality mid-late variety created in Western Siberia and adapted for cultivation in the Southern Urals. It is characterized by transverse-elliptical bulb shape with a mass up to 65 g, forming in clusters of 5 to 12 pieces. Dry skins have a brown color, while juicy ones are cream-white or white, giving the shallot an attractive appearance. The taste of the variety is semi-spicy or spicy, making it versatile for various culinary purposes.
