Description
Mundial F1 bulbs have a round shape and dark brown or yellow-brown color with a glossy sheen. Outer scales are dense, hard, and whole, while inner scales are thick, firm, and crunchy. The weight of one bulb varies from 160 to 200 grams. The onion has a moderately sharp flavor with a slight sweetness, making it attractive to consumers. The hybrid boasts high yield potential, reaching up to 90 tons per hectare, which is advantageous for commercial cultivation.
Mundial F1 is ideally suited for open-ground cultivation and withstands mechanized harvesting, transportation, and processing. The onion retains its market quality and freshness for 7-8 months, ensuring long-term storage and suitability for both fresh market sales and industrial processing. High dry matter content up to 14% improves product quality and extends storage life.
