Sacramento F1 onion — a medium-maturing, semi-sharp hybrid of bulb onion, developed by the Dutch brand Seminis. The maturation period is 110-115 days, allowing for harvest at optimal times. Plants are characterized by strong growth, a well-developed root system, and abundant foliage, ensuring high productivity even under standard agrotechnical practices and adverse weather conditions.

Sacramento onion bulbs have a round shape, are uniform in size and color — copper-bronze with a thin neck and tightly packed outer scales. Inner scales are snowy-white, juicy, and aromatic, with a moderately sharp taste and mild sweetness. Due to these qualities, the onion is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, canning, and preparing various winter preserves.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open ground and is resistant to various diseases, making it suitable for both experienced and novice gardeners.
