They quickly regrow after cutting and do not toughen for a long time, which makes Allium fistulosum 'Scythe Sword' ideal for use in salads, garnishing dishes, and making sandwiches. The average mass of the productive part is 220-270 grams, which ensures a good yield of greens from each plant.
