• Maturation period: up to 90 days. Based on our observations, the first harvest is possible as early as two months after germination, which is critical for obtaining early vitamin-rich produce.
• Crop maintenance: Care is minimal—regular watering and timely trimming of the leaves encourage active regrowth of new greens. The more frequently you trim the leaves, the more aggressively the plant grows new mass.
• Harvesting method: Exclusively manual labor. The delicate structure of the leaf does not allow for mechanized harvesting and is impractical for home garden plots. Sharp shears or a sickle are your primary tools for harvesting.
