The pit separates well from the flesh, flattened and pointed. The sugar content in the fruits is approximately 8.9%, and acidity is 0.33%. The taste rating is 4.9 points, indicating high fruit quality. The 'Babenkova Memory' variety is mid-early and universal in purpose; the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing into jams, jellies, and other products. The yield is high and stable, reaching approximately 13.9 tons per hectare.
