Description
The fruits of the 'Horodishchenskaya' pear weigh between 150 and 180 grams and have a broad pear shape, exceeding average sizes for this variety. The skin is initially green and turns golden-yellow upon ripening. The flesh is white, very juicy, tender, and melts in the mouth, with pronounced sweetness and excellent flavor qualities, confirmed by a tasting score of 4.9 points.
The fruit becomes harvest-ready at the end of September to early October, while consumer ripeness occurs at the end of October to early November. The pears retain their flavor qualities well in a refrigerator until the end of December. Additionally, the variety is resistant to scab, which simplifies care and increases yield.
