Description
The fruits are fairly large, weighing 180-200 grams, with a broad pear shape and slight russeting. The skin is smooth, slightly waxy to the touch, yellow-green in color with a slight blush on the sun-exposed side. The flesh is white-yellow, fine-grained, juicy, and tender, with a pleasant sweet flavor and a slight acidity, giving the fruits excellent taste qualities.
Harvesting occurs in early October, but the fruits are not suitable for consumption until late December. Thanks to their long storage life, which can extend until April-May, 'Mliyevskaya Winter' pears are an excellent choice for winter and spring consumption. This variety combines high productivity, resistance to adverse conditions, and outstanding taste qualities.
