The winter pear variety 'Decanka Zimnaya', also known as 'Decanka Du Comis' or 'Zimniy Duhs', is characterized by its late ripening, high frost resistance, and ability to retain fruit for extended periods. Fruits ripen at the end of September to early October and can be stored until the end of winter under proper conditions. They are large, weighing from 200 to 400 grams, with a rounded-pear or oval-conical shape, smooth, relatively thick yellow-green skin with possible blush. The flesh is creamy-white, tender, juicy, and oily, with a pleasant sweet flavor enhanced by a subtle tartness and aroma, making this variety especially valuable for dessert consumption.
