Description
The Beglyanka variety is distinguished by good winter hardiness, being the most resistant among those cultivated in the Crimean and Rostov regions, but is not recommended for the central region due to low frost resistance. Fruiting begins in the sixth year after planting. The average yield is about 141 centners per hectare. The fruits contain 10.40% sugars and 1.40% acids, making them suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for making dried fruits and freezing.
Beglyanka is suitable for orchard gardening in southern regions where the climate contributes to full development and fruiting. Thanks to its taste qualities and universal purpose, this plum variety is an excellent choice for those looking for a large-fruited and reliable variety with good yield and resistance to local climatic conditions.
