The plant is semi-upright, intermediate type, with small or medium-sized green leaves of open type and wavy edges. Tubers are oval-shaped with small eyes, covered with yellow skin, and the flesh is also yellow. Marketable tuber mass ranges from 94 to 144 grams, and the number of tubers per plant reaches 10-13. Starch content in tubers ranges from 12.4% to 18.4%, making this variety versatile for preparing various dishes.

The yield of variety 'Charm' ranges from 179 to 297 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 414 centners per hectare, which is comparable to or exceeds standard varieties such as Lugovskoy. Tubers have high marketability — 88% to 97%, and storability, i.e., ability to store, reaches 97%, ensuring long-term quality preservation after harvest.

The variety demonstrates resistance to important potato diseases, including potato cancer pathogen and golden potato cyst nematode. This makes 'Charm' a reliable choice for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including Northern, West Siberian, and Far Eastern.
