Nagoroda

The potato variety 'Nagoroda' is an early table variety that stands out for its rapid yield accumulation, rivaling ultra-early varieties. The vegetation period is 55-65 days, allowing for an early harvest. The tubers of this variety are large, oval-shaped, weighing about 300 grams, with yellow skin and light-yellow flesh. They have an excellent market appearance, making them attractive for sale and long-term storage without sprouting.

The 'Nagoroda' variety is characterized by good taste qualities and contains up to 17% starch, making it versatile for various cooking methods, including soups, salads, and frying. The potato is resistant to potato scab and relatively resistant to late blight, as well as resistant to viral diseases, which contributes to stable yields and reduced losses during storage.

The potential yield of this variety reaches 80 tons per hectare, indicating high productivity. The variety has been included in the Ukrainian Plant Varieties Register since 2007 and is recommended for cultivation in all regions of the country. Due to its combination of early maturity, disease resistance, excellent taste qualities, and good storability, the potato 'Nagoroda' is a profitable choice for farmers and consumers.
