STRADIVARI

STRADIVARI is a fast-maturing hybrid of the butternut-type musk squash, distinguished by its high yield and medium-maturity period. The vegetative period ranges from 91 to 130 days from full germination to harvest. The fruits have a cylindrical or bullet shape with slight ribbing and a smooth surface, colored orange-brown with a marbled tint and a waxy coating. The fruit mass varies from 2.3 to 4.6 kilograms, making them convenient for various types of culinary processing.

The squash flesh is red-orange in color, of medium thickness, dense, juicy, and tender with pronounced sweetness. The seed cavity is small and located in the expanded part of the fruit at the apex. Due to its taste qualities and flesh structure, the STRADIVARI squash is excellent for baking, stewing, and freezing. The fruits store well and maintain their market qualities for 180-210 days after harvest, ensuring convenient transportation and long-term use.

The plants are moderately sprawling with medium growth vigor, which facilitates care and cultivation. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew, enhancing its reliability and reducing crop loss risks.
