Dusya Radish is an early-maturing hybrid of domestic production, distinguished by its high yield and excellent fruit appearance. From germination to harvest collection, only 23-25 days pass, allowing for fresh root crops to be obtained in a short time. Radish has an oval shape, raspberry-pink color with a neat thin white taproot and a weight of about 30 grams. The flesh is snow-white, oily, with a delicate mild spicy taste and a pleasant sweet aroma, without bitterness. The fruits are distinguished by density, have no cavities, and retain freshness and appearance for a long time, which makes them convenient for storage and transport. The leafy rosette of Dusya radish is semi-spreading, elastic, and of small size, with petioles of rich anthocyanin color. The hybrid is resistant to diseases and pests, which significantly facilitates care and increases the chances of a good harvest. Radish prefers loose, well-aerated, and water-permeable soils, rich in humus and neutral in acidity. The optimal temperature for growth is +15-18°C, for seed germination is +3-4°C, and for seedling cultivation is +12-16°C. Dusya is undemanding and hardy, which makes it a popular choice among gardeners and vegetable growers. It is grown mainly on open beds in various regions of the country. Plant density is 200-220 plants per square meter, which ensures a yield of up to 5-6 kg per square meter.
