Marta — an early, round radish variety (similar to 'Sora'). Time from sowing to harvest is 20-30 days. Marta variety radishes are round, 3-4 cm in diameter, weighing 18-25 g, uniformly shaped, bright red in color, do not wilt upon storage, and retain their marketable qualities for a long period. The flesh of Marta variety radishes is dense, white, and at the same time tender and juicy. Taste and market qualities — excellent. The foliage of the early Marta variety is of medium size. For obtaining conveyor-grade products in spring, Marta radish seeds are sown in several batches with intervals of 7-10 days. Since radish is a moisture-loving crop, it should be watered in small amounts every 4-5 days. The early Marta radish variety stands out for its high yield (60-70 t/ha) and simultaneous harvest release.
