The Slavutych variety, developed by breeders at the Institute of Rice of the NAAS of Ukraine, has firmly established itself in the segment of early-maturing long-grain crops. Agronomic potential and characteristics

The growing season for Slavutych lasts 100–110 days, making it an excellent solution for regions with shorter warm seasons. The plants reach a height of 90–100 cm while maintaining high resistance to lodging, which facilitates mechanized harvesting. A significant advantage of the variety is its genetic resistance to rice blast (Pyricularia oryzae), one of the most destructive diseases capable of devastating harvests.
