Description
The RUIVI 2138 A rose is a cutting variety intended for cultivation in protected environments across all regions of Russia. The bush of this variety is upright and dwarf, with canes ranging from 60 to 90 cm in length, colored in shades from red to brown. Young canes have medium anthocyanin intensity, and thorns have a reddish tint and are present in average quantity. Leaves are large, egg-shaped with a heart-shaped base and an acute apex, have medium glossiness and a green color with slight wavy edges.
Rose flowers are solitary, double, 10-12 cm in diameter, with a shape ranging from irregularly round to slightly star-shaped and a flat, bent profile on the upper part. Petals are inversely egg-shaped, with slight incision and wavy edges. The main color of the inner side of the petals is light yellow, more saturated at the base, with a pale red-pink secondary coloring. The scent is absent or very weak. Blooming is moderate; cutting productivity ranges from 230 to 300 flowers per square meter per year, and cut flowers last 12-14 days.
The variety has medium resistance to diseases such as botrytis and powdery mildew, as well as medium heat tolerance. Drought resistance for RUIVI 2138 A is weak. The rose is unpretentious in care and suitable for cultivation in agronomic conditions, making it convenient for agricultural use and in garden plots.
