The winter rye variety 'Slavida' is a medium-maturing tetraploid variety, developed by the agricultural enterprise 'KOLOS' of the Zaveyinsky district and registered in 2015. It is recommended for cultivation in the North Caucasus region, where it demonstrates high adaptability to local climatic conditions. The variety has above-average winter hardiness and drought resistance at the level of the standard Don 107, ensuring its resistance to adverse weather conditions. Breadmaking qualities of the variety are assessed as satisfactory, with a high falling number, making it suitable for obtaining high-quality grain.
