According to test data, the variety shows medium resistance to powdery and hard head smut, as well as slight damage from cereal aphids and bacterial leaf spot.
Univen is distinguished by high yield: average collection of dry threshed panicles reaches 13.8 centners/hectare, grain - up to 40.7 centners/hectare, and the output of brooms per hectare is from 4 to 5.5 thousand pieces depending on growing conditions. The variety is suitable for cultivation both on dryland and with irrigation, making it a universal and profitable choice for agricultural production.
