SK VIOLA

Soya variety SK Viola is a mid-season semideterminate variety developed by Russian breeders of the company 'SOKO'. The plant is characterized by medium height ranging from 62.6 to 80 cm, with a 1000-seed weight between 170 and 189 g. The vegetation period is approximately 106-110 days, making the variety suitable for cultivation in various regions, including Krasnodar Krai, southern regions of Russia, Khabarovsk and Primorsky Krais, as well as southern Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

SK Viola is characterized by high yield, averaging from 15.2 to 21.4 centners per hectare, with a potential of up to 28 centners per hectare under optimal conditions. The variety is capable of accumulating a strong vegetative mass, which contributes to a stable and high yield. It possesses high resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought, as well as to main soybean diseases such as downy mildew, ascochitis, bacterial blight, Septoria, and Fusarium, with resistance ratings in the range of 8.0-9.0 points.

The protein content in seeds of the variety varies from 35 to 42%, ensuring high nutritional value of the product, while oil content is about 21-23%. The recommended sowing rate is 600 thousand seeds per hectare, at a sowing depth of 3-4 cm and row spacing from 12.5 to 45 cm. Due to its characteristics and adaptability, SK Viola variety is a reliable choice for agricultural producers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable soybean yield.
