The variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.
The fruits are large, flat-round in shape, weighing from 240 to 500 grams. They have a dense, fleshy structure and a rich red-magenta flesh color. The taste is very sweet, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption and juice production. The skin is smooth and sufficiently thick, ensuring good storability and transportability of the harvest.
The variety is distinguished by high resistance to major tomato diseases, such as verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, and tobacco mosaic virus. The average ripening period is about 110-115 days from seedlings, and fruiting continues until late October frosts. Yield reaches 14.4 kg per square meter or up to 5.5 kg per plant, making 'Alexander the Great' an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers.
