Description
The fruits of tomato ALLEN 2000 have a rounded-cuboid shape, dense and meaty structure, weighing 85 to 100 grams. They are a deep red color both inside and out, with uniform flesh and high dry matter content (5.4-6.0%). Fruits lack green spot at the calyx and white core inside, indicating high quality. Tomatoes retain their shape and weight, do not shrivel or drop even in hot weather, and have excellent flavor, especially for pickling.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases such as alternaria and viral mosaic, and is tolerant to blossom-end rot.
