Description
The period from germination to the beginning of ripening is 110-120 days, although under certain conditions, ripening may begin as early as 85-90 days. The variety has high yield: in polyethylene greenhouses, it reaches 12.8-14.1 kg per square meter, and total yield may reach 22 kg per square meter. The variety is characterized by excellent fruit set even under stressful conditions, resistance to alternaria and tomato mosaic virus (TMV).
Fruits of the Amber Fish variety have high dry matter content and low-allergenic antioxidants — carotene and xanthophyll — making them especially valuable for preventing cardiovascular and oncological diseases. Low acidity and high beta-carotene content (up to 3.5 mg per 100 g of raw material) make this variety ideal for dietary nutrition. Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, salad preparation, and preservation.
