BEEF HEART BICOLOR

Tomato Beef Heart Bicolor is a medium-early indeterminate variety with tall bushes reaching heights of 150 to 180 cm. Leaves are medium-sized, green, with pinnately lobed and dissected shape. The fruits of this variety are large, with a distinctive heart-shaped form tapering at the apex. Their weight ranges from 150 to 500 grams, with an average weight of about 350 grams. Immature fruits are light green with a dark spot near the stem, while ripe fruits develop an attractive bicolor — orange background with raspberry blush across the surface.

The fruits are multi-chambered, with thin and smooth skin, tender, juicy, and fleshy flesh colored in orange-pink tones with raspberry streaks. The taste of the tomatoes has a pleasant sweet-sour note and high quality rating. There are few seeds in the fruits, making them especially convenient for fresh use. The variety has high yield — up to 7 kg per square meter, forming 4–5 clusters per stem, each with 2–5 fruits.

Beef Heart Bicolor is recommended for cultivation in protected ground and is widely used in culinary applications. Due to its flavor and appearance, the tomatoes are ideal for fresh salads and slicing. Due to their large size and thin skin, they are not suitable for whole canning, but are successfully used for processing into paste, juice, ketchups, and sauces. The variety exhibits strong resistance to major diseases, making it popular among gardeners.
