Tomato Beef Heart Malinovye — a medium-ripening, large-fruited salad variety, distinguished by its original heart-shaped fruits and rich maroon color. The plant is indeterminate, reaching up to 1.5 meters in height, requiring staking and training to a single stem with mandatory suckering. Leaves are medium-sized and green, while inflorescences are intermediate. The peduncle has a joint, facilitating harvesting.
Fruits are large, weighing from 100 to 600 grams, with smooth skin and medium-firm flesh. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and high in sugar content with minimal seeds. Immature fruits are light green with a characteristic light spot at the base, while ripe fruits turn into a deep maroon color. The flavor is excellent, with a distinct aroma, making this variety ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making juices and ketchups.
The variety is well-adapted for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers or in greenhouses.
