Plants of this variety are low-growing, super-determinate, reaching a height of 35-40 cm, making them suitable for cultivation in various conditions, including open ground, temporary covers, as well as on balconies and loggias in container culture. Thanks to its compact size and resistance to adverse weather conditions, this variety is ideal for those with limited space or who wish to obtain an early harvest.

Tomato Bobotay fruits have a round shape, smooth surface, and weigh between 35 to 48 grams. Inside the fruits are 2-3 seed chambers. Upon ripening, they acquire a rich red or red-orange color. The taste qualities of the fruits are good, allowing them to be used both fresh and for processing. Inflorescences may be simple or intermediate types, with 6 to 8 fruits forming on each, ensuring a steady yield.

One of the significant advantages of this variety is the absence of the need for pinching, simplifying plant care. Moreover, Tomato Bobotay tolerates both heat and cold, completing its fruiting before possible Phytophthora infection.
