BUTUZ

Tomato Butuz — a mid-season salad-type variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant is determinate, compact, 60-70 cm tall, with well-leafed bushes. The ripening period is approximately 110-115 days, allowing for an early harvest. The recommended planting scheme is 50x40 cm, which allows up to 9 plants per square meter. The variety does not require special care, but moderate pinching is needed to form a high-quality yield.

The fruits of tomato Butuz have a flat-round shape and bright red color. They are meaty, with a sugary flesh and excellent flavor. Fruit weight varies from 175 to 300 grams, making them large and attractive for salads and fresh consumption. Thanks to their dense skin structure, the tomatoes exhibit high transportability and good storability, preserving their market appearance during transport and storage.

The variety exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including blossom end rot, leaf mosaic, and tobacco mosaic virus. This ensures stable, uniform fruiting and high yields.
