Description
The fruits of this variety have an unusual pepper-like shape, bright pink color, and weigh about 150 g. They are juicy, soft, and meaty with few seeds and a rich aroma, making them ideal for preparing fresh summer salads, juices, canning in their own juice, as well as for drying and freezing. When frozen, tomatoes retain their flavor and nutritional qualities, often becoming even more flavorful. Commercial yield is 4.5-5 kg per plant.
This tomato variety originates from Romania and is renowned for its traditional flavor, reminiscent of sweet pepper Capia. The fruits grow in fan-like clusters of 6-8 fruits, ensuring abundant and consistent harvests. Capia rozovaya is well-suited for both home and commercial cultivation, provided proper watering, fertilization, and disease protection are maintained, allowing for high-quality and flavorful produce.
