CRIMEAN BLACK

Crimean Black tomato is a powerful indeterminate plant, reaching a height of 1.3 to 1.8 meters, requiring mandatory staking and shaping. The leaves are large, and for successful cultivation, regular watering, mineral fertilization, and pinching are necessary. The plant is resistant to late blight and other common tomato diseases, which simplifies care and increases the chances of a good harvest.

The fruits are large, meaty, flat-round in shape, weighing from 200 to 600 grams. Their skin is dense, dark-purple or nearly black with a glossy sheen, and the flesh is juicy with a small number of seeds. During ripening, the fruits change color from green-brown to a rich burgundy-black. The taste of the tomatoes is sweet with a slight acidity and distinct fruity notes, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption.

Crimean Black is a medium-early variety with a vegetation period of approximately 69-80 days from seed sowing to harvest. The variety is characterized by high yield and versatility: the fruits are suitable for salads, juice production, and canning. Thanks to their dense skin, the tomatoes retain their flavor for a long time without deterioration.
