Desyatochka

Tomato variety "Deсяточка" is an early-maturing determinate variety that begins fruiting 85-110 days after germination. The plant reaches a height of 50-80 cm, forming a compact and sturdy bush with a moderate leaf count. This variety thrives both in open ground and greenhouses, requiring moderate pinching for optimal flower formation.

The fruits of tomato "Deсяточка" have a round-oval shape with slight segmentation, weighing up to 250 g. They feature a dense skin and vibrant color — ranging from orange to red, with juicy and sweet flesh containing a mild acidity that gives a balanced flavor. Due to their high beta-carotene and vitamin content, these tomatoes are recommended for children's and dietary nutrition. The variety is resistant to late blight and other major tomato diseases, ensuring stable yields.

The yield reaches 7-8 kg per square meter in greenhouse conditions and up to 5 kg per plant in open ground. For successful cultivation, seeds should be sown indoors 50-60 days before transplanting at a temperature of +22…+26 °C, and transplanting should occur after the threat of frost, at a temperature no lower than +15 °C. Plants prefer sunny spots with fertile and well-drained soil. Organic fertilizers and feedings during growth and fruiting periods are recommended to increase yield. Tomatoes of the "Deсяточка" variety are versatile — they are excellent for fresh consumption, salads, canning, and sauce preparation.
